Its been a long couple years of goose hunting here over on the eastern shore of maryland. For the past couple of years the hunts just haven't been the same. Birds are coming late in very low quantities, weather has been mild, but this season that all changed. Here on the shore during the 2012-2013 season, the geese just were not here again during the early season. It had all of us hunters in a suspense once again. We thought to ourselves, is ever going to be the same over here? We all thought we were never going to see this again. But then towards the end of December we had a cold front come through and it unleashed the canadians. We then started to realize its gonna be a year to remember. The season really turned on HOT towards the end, it was the most geese we have seen in two or three years. Our goose calls and duck calls received tons of positive feedback from hunters this year. Overall it was a GREAT season this year, lots of memories, and tons of pictures of coarse.
